TENDER NOTICE

Mercy Corps is a non-religious, non-profit and non-governmental international humanitarian organization.

Mercy Corps is seeking a supplier for supply of:

ET06 Procurement of 2 vehicles for RLP Ethiopia program (one 4WD,4-door pickup with a diesel turbo engine and one hybrid Toyota cross or equivalent (ET06/PR159142/2025)

ET10 Procurement of WASH NFI materials for flood affected households. (20-liter rigid Plastic water container (Jerry can), 30-liter capacity plastic washing basin, 20-liter capacity plastic bucket) (ET10/PR158898/2025)

If you are interested in submitting a bid, you should complete an Intent to Bid plus Supplier Information Forms and then, submit it according to the guidelines below.

1. Intend to Bid Form can be picked up from Mercy Corps Addis Ababa Office, Yeka Sub-City, Kebele 08, House No. 377; Hayahulet, Tel. +251-11-1-110777, P. O. Box 14319 or
2. Bidders can send an email to et-tender-questions@mercycorps.org and request the Intent to bid and Supplier Information form. Make sure to write the Tender number and description of the bid in the subject line of the email. Requests sent without description and Tender reference number may not be considered. Requests for intent to bid and supplier information forms sent by email after 27 November 2025, 5:00PM, will not be considered.

The deadline for submission of Intent to Bid is 28th November 2025, 5:00PM and please submit ITB through the below method.

Email completed Intent to Bid and Supplier Information Forms to et-tender-questions@mercycorps.org with the Tender Reference number in the email subject line.

1. After the closing date of this Tender Notice, the Request for Bid will be sent to the suppliers who submitted Intent to Bid Forms. The Request for Bid will be sent according to the preference you have mentioned in the Intent to Bid Form.

Mercy Corps reserves the right to cancel this bid partially or fully at any time.
