Interested and qualified service providers with valid Trade Licenses, TIN, and VAT Registration Certificates are invited to collect the Terms of Reference (TOR) from the Addis Ababa Head Office starting from the first day of this announcement, between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

- Bid Submission Procedure
Bids must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes marked "ORIGINAL" and "COPY," both enclosed within one outer envelope. The outer envelope must be clearly sealed, stamped, and delivered to the address below no later than the closing date and time.

- Mandatory Requirements (Essential Criteria)
- Complete Legal Documentation: Copies of valid Trade License, TIN, and VAT Registration Certificate.
- Bid Security: An unconditional Cash Payment Order (CPO) of ETB 50,000 in the name of FH Ethiopia.
- IATA Certification: The organization must provide proof of membership with recognized travel industry associations (e.g., IATA, Ethiopian Travel Agents Association, or equivalent).
