INVITATION FOR BIDDERS FOR AUDIT OF PROJECT ACCOUNTS FOR THE PERIOD 2025-2027
Harmee Education for Development Association (HEIDA), a charity organization registered with the Federal Civil Society Agency under Registration Number 0090, implements an average of five projects funded by various development partners.
HEIDA hereby invites licensed and qualified audit firms to submit financial quotations to conduct the annual audit of its accounts for three consecutive years (2025-2027). The bid is open to all interested, qualified, and eligible audit firms. Bidders are required to submit their offers within 10 working days from the date this invitation appears in the newspaper.
Conditions
1. The audit will be conducted at HEFDA's head office located in Qarsa Town, Arsi Zone Oromia, Ethiopia
2. The audit work is expected to commence around February 1, 2026.
· Draft audit report submission: February 14
· Presentation of the audit report to the General Assembly: February 20
· Submission of the final audit report: February 25
3. Audit reports must be produced in two forms:
· A consolidated organizational audit report
· Separate audit reports for each project
Bidders must submit their financial quotations, including all associated per diem costs. HEFDA will cover transportation expenses. The winning bidder will be notified within 10 days after the bid closing date.
