Invitation for Bid

Development Expertise Center (DEC) is a National Civil Society Organization (CSO) that aspires to see all children and Youth Wellbeing fostered. The organization has five major program areas; Child well- being and Education Development, Gender and Life Skill Development: Employable Skill Development, Advocacy, and Humanitarian Emergency Response programs. DEC works different Regions of Ethiopia: Afar, Amhara, Benshangul Gumuz, Gambela, Oromia, Tigray, South West and Addis Ababa City Administration.

In line with the above Mission DEC Wants to Procure Different Materials for Education in emergency project implemented in Amhara region.

1. 1. Sport Kits
   2. Dignity kits parts (under wear, sanitary pad (Modes) disposable and reusable)
   3. Reference Books
   4. Teaching Materials and learning materials
   5. Solar Radio
   6. USB
   7. Digital slates
   8. Montessori kits (Playing materials)

Therefore, all interested and eligible bidders who are capable, qualified, and technically competent and have a valid license for the current Ethiopian FY can submit their Documents.

Note that:

1. Bidders Can collect Specifications and Quantities from the Coordination Office. The Supplier Should Have a Renewed License for the Year
2. Development Expertise Center reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
3. Late applying for bids will not be accepted
4. Bidders should indicate the price includes VAT.
5. Each item is Submitted in a Separate Sealed Envelop

Bids should only apply between December 1-5, 2025. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 10:30 am (4:30 local time) on December 8, 2025, at the DEC Office.
