MSI Ethiopia Reproductive Choices is a non-governmental and non-profit making organization that has been providing family planning (FP) and other sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services in Ethiopia since 1990.
Its vision is:

In line with this vision, MSI Ethiopia Reproductive Choices delivers comprehensive family planning and reproductive health services through static clinics, social franchising private networks, Public Facility Support (PFS), and mobile units.
CALL FOR PROVISION OF AIRLINE TICKETING SERVICES
MSI Ethiopia Reproductive Choices (MSIE-RC) invites all submit sealed bids for the provision of Airline Ticketing eligible, qualified, and licensed local travel agencies to Services (domestic, regional, and international) under a framework agreement.
HOW TO OBTAIN BIDDING DOCUMENTS
Bidding documents can be collected from the MSI Ethiopia Reproductive Choices Support Office, located in Addis Ababa, Wolo Sefer, in front of Tebaber Berta, at the reception desk, during working hours (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM), starting from 8 December 2025.
BID SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
Bidders must submit Technical and Financial Proposals in two separately sealed envelopes (one for Technical Proposal and one for Financial Proposal).
Both envelopes must be clearly marked and inserted into the bid submission box prepared for this purpose.
Deadline for bid submission:
- 22 December 2025
- Before 10:00 AM
BID OPENING
- Bids will be opened on the same day, 22 December 2025 at 10:30 AM, in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at the MSIE Meeting Hall.
Mandatory Requirements
All bidders must submit:
- Signed and stamped bidding documents
- Valid and renewed Business License
- Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Certificate
