ZOA from relief to recovery is an international NGO registered with the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Charities and Societies Agency as Foreign Charity under registration certificate number 0739 to work in the fields of emergency relief and recovery operations to support the lives of refugees, returnees, internally displaced and victims of conflicts and natural disasters.

ZOA hereby would like to invite qualified and registered audit firms to submit their proposals to be appointed as an external auditor to undertake the audit for the years from 2025 up to 2027. We also like to maintain a pre-qualified list of auditors for grant specific audits. The firm is expected to be an authorized audit firm and meet the requirements of the Agency for Civil Society Organization and AABE. It is desirable that the firm has adequate experience in providing similar service in INGO sector.

ZOA would like to invite interested and qualified Audit firms by submitting the following documents: –

Mandatory Requirement

1. Copy of Renewed & Relevant business license

1. Copy of VAT Registration Certificate

1. Copy of TIN Certificate

1. Relevant document which can show past performance and experience.

1. Experience and Summery of auditing different donor-based projects

1. Description of Audit Approach,

1. Estimated time to accomplish the audit work

1. Audit Fee.

The volume of the Audit work can be assessed by visiting our office (8:00 AM — 5:00 PM) Monday-Thursday or 8:00AM- 2:00PM on Fridays.
Bid instruction document and Terms of reference (ToR) can be obtained from ZOA from relief to recovery, Country Office in Addis Ababa located behind The office is located on the way to the Somali Embassy in Bole Michael, near Tizeze Hotel, from December 10, 2025 to December 25, 2025, during working hours (8:30 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.).
Bid will be closed on December 25, 2025 at 2:00 PM (afternoon) and will be opened on the same date at 2:30 PM (afternoon) at ZOA country office, Addis Ababa.
Bidders are advised to properly read & understand ZOA’s Tender guideline to fill all the necessary details requested on the tender guide.
