Invitation to tender for External Audit Service

KNCV Ethiopia is a local nonprofit organization established in Ethiopia and registered and accorded legal personality with registry number 7326 as a local organization in July 2024 in accordance with the civil society organization proclamation No 1113/2019.

KNCV Ethiopia is dedicated to fight and end human suffering from TB and other related diseases in Ethiopia and support the country toward achieving the global END TB strategy

KNCV Ethiopia would like to appoint external auditors to undertake statutory audit from for the Fiscal Year of 1 January 2025 to December 31, 2025.

Application requirements

1. Eligible audit firms are invited to participate by submitting the following:
   1. The firm's profile
   2. Trade license (Renewed for current year)
   3. Renewed Certificate/License from Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE)
   4. Audit fee to be charged, clearly by indicating with or without VAT
   5. Experience of the audit firm with audit reporting under International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS)
   6. List of the staff members who will be deployed for the audit and their profiles. (Familiarity with Quick book accounting software is desirable)
2. Bidders must be having audit experience of NGOs.
3. Bidders can access relevant information by either calling through telephone number +251975778767 or visit our finance unit.
4. Bidders must submit Financial and Technical Proposals in separate sealed envelopes into the reception at KNCV Ethiopia office before 4:00 PM, 30 December 2025.
5. The bidder needs to prepare a work plan and show the ability to finalize and deliver the final audit reports no later than January 31, 2025.
