Habesha Cement S.C here by invites qualified and eligible Consultants for the Environmental and Social Compliance Audit at its factory plant. As a cement factory with huge investment on cement production: HCSC would like to formulate environmentally friendly practices, though formulating systematic, and regulated SMS documented, periodic. (Environmental and social management system.).
The main objective of the assignment is
- Determine and document compliance status
- Improve environmental performance
- Assist facility management
- Increase overall level of environmental awareness
- Development of environmental management control system
- Improve risk management systems
- Protect corporation from potential obligation
- Develop a basis for optimizing environmental resources
Hence, interested and experienced consultants in such areas are hereby invited to apply for provision of the services for HSC. Details of the required service are given in the Terms of Reference (TOR). The bidding document may be obtained from the Head Office at the address below from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday starting from Monday 5th January 2026.
Interested eligible bidders must have; Business licenses and registration valid for the current Ethiopian Fiscal Year (EFY), Valid VAT Registration Certificate & TIN Certificate and Valid Tax Clearance certificate.
Bids must be delivered on or before 19th January 2026 at 10:00 A.M (Morning) to the address shown below. Bids will be officially opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of designated representatives of bidders who chooses to attend. The National Competitive Bidding (NCB) process will be used to conduct the bidding, which is accessible to all qualified bidders and is described in the bidding materials. The detailed qualification criteria and specifications for the intended service are stated in the bidding document.
