ADDENDUM NOTICE

Dire Dawa Polytechnic College hereby issues Addendum No. 01 to the following tender:

Tender Title: Supply, Delivery and Installation of IT Equipment, Software and Maintenance Tools

Procurement Number: AUDA-NEPAD/KIW 2015 69 052//FW1/ETH/007/3

The Addendum has been issued to clarify certain bidding requirements and technical specifications contained in the original bidding documents following bidders' requests for clarification. This addendum forms an integral part of the bidding document

2.       Bids Submission Instructions

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 4th February 2026 at 10.00AM (EAT). Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 4th February 2026 at 10.30AM (EAT).

All bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked with; Name and address of the bidder, the tender name and procurement number AUDA-NEPAD/KIW 2015 69 052//FW1/ETH/007/3 and dropped at the following address: The Main Road from Addis Ababa to Dire Dawa on The Right Side of Dire Dawa Police Commission, Kebele 03, Dipo Village, Floor/ Room number: 1st floor SIFA PIU, Dire Dawa, Ethiopia.

All other instructions, terms, and conditions of the original Tender Document remain unchanged.
