1. Interested bidders can obtain the bid document from Maichew and Addis Ababa Branch Office upon payment of non-refundable birr 1000.00 (One thousand birr) from the date of Announcement of this bid.
2. Bidders must submit Original & photocopy of currently renewed and valid business license.
3. All bidders must be accompanied by a bid bond of 5% on the total price offered for the material in the form of bank guarantee or C.P.O.
4. Bidders should submit their offer in a sealed envelope indicating their financial and technical offers separately up to 05/06/2018 E.C until 8:00 local time at Addis Ababa Branch Office Gerji jacros, Guna Office
5. Bid will be opened at Addis Ababa Branch Office in the presence/absence of bidders or their representatives on 05/06/2018 E.C at 8:30 Local Time at Addis Ababa, Gerji, jacros, Guna Office.
6. Bidders should supply the requested material and delivering the material is at Maichew particle board works PLC, Maichew
7. Bidders should submit 5 meter sample from each of the three items of Gabion wires before the due date (Closing Date) at Addis Ababa Branch Office.
8. Maichew Particleboard Manufacturing PLC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
