2. The Yem zone Saja tawon Finance department now invites wax sealed bids from eligible bidders for Dozer machine hourly rental service of projects mentioned above.
3. The project in short comprises 260 hours rental service for projects
4. Bids security shall be valid for a period of sixty (60) days after bid opening.
5. Bids must be accompanied by a security of 20,000 birr for both in the form of bank guarantee or CPO and shall be remain valid 60 days, insurance bond is not acceptable.
6. Bid must obtain registration for construction machinery rental service with valid license for the current year.

Saja Town, on Calader days after announced in the Ethiopian Herald news up to 2:00p.m. If the 15th work day lies on Ethiopian holidays, the last date of bid submission will be the next working day at 4: 30A.M in the morning at room No. Late bids will be rejected.
3. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in person at 4:30 am on the last submission date at yem zone Saja town Finance Office
4. Bidder must submit a complete set of technical proposal one original and two copy together with the bid document one original and two copies for projects.
