TENDER INVITATION FOR THE SUPPLY OF
GASOIL AND REGULAR GASOLINE TENDER NO. EPSE 01/2026
The Ethiopian Petroleum Supply Enterprise invites sealed bids from interested bidders for the supply of 960,000 1,200,000 MT of Gas Oil and 650,000- 750,000 MT of Regular Gasoline.
A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidder from the Enterprise's Head Office Room No.608 upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Birr 2,000.00 (Two Thousand Birr).
Bids in a sealed envelope shall be submitted in a box prepared for this purpose in Room No.402 at the Enterprise's Head Office or may be sent by registered mail to "Ethiopian Petroleum Supply Enterprise P.O. Box 3375 Addis Ababa, Ethiopia" so as to reach not later than April 8th, 2026 at 14:00 hours local time. Bids directly received by fax. E-mail or cable shall be rejected. The language of the bid is English Language. Bidder who has not purchased bidding documents shall not participate in the bid. The bids shall be opened on April 8th, 2026 at 14:05 hour's local time at the conference hall of the Enterprise head office Room No. 402 at the presence of interested bidders or their duly authorized representatives.
The bid should be accompanied by a bid security of USD 13,958,017 (Thirteen Million Nine Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand Seventeen US Dollars) in the form of Bank Guarantee from any commercial Bank in Ethiopia. The Working language of this Bid is English.
The Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject the bids fully or partially without assigning any reasons thereof.
