INVITATION TO THE BIDDERS
ANNOUNCEMENT
Direct Aid Ethiopia is an NGO engaged in assisting the developmental strategies and Policies through uplifting the living condition of the rural/ urban people who are in need of immediate support.
Hence, its major involvement areas include, Education, Social, health and water well in line with this, Direct Aid announces to competitive bidders to participate in the procurement of high school furniture & equipment in Somali region Jigiga town Jafer center
1. Bidder who participates in the tender must be Furniture supplier or Furniture manufacturer
2. Bidders who participate in the procurement of furniture & equipment shall submit renewal license, Tin number, & clearance certificate.
3. Bidder who participates in procurement shall submit financial original & copy & technical original & copy in each separate envelope, having written "original" & "copy "finally all documents should be put in a mother envelop,
4. Each bid envelop should be sealed in wax & stamped & finally put in mother envelop which is sealed & stamped. All bids submitted to the address below on or before 6 (six) working days of the announcement of this invitation for bid in the Ethiopian Herald Newspaper up to the 6th days at 10:00 am and shall be opened on the same date at 10:30 in the presence of interested bidder or representative in Direct Aid Office Gerji area, near Kadisco Hospital, Addis Ababa Tel 09 11 21 92 33.
5. Late bidder shall not be accepted, and documents returned unopened
6. Bid document shall be accompanied by a "bid security" CPO not less than 2% of the total Amount.
7. If the organization has got another better option, we are not in obligation to the tendering process and the bidding might be partially or fully being cancelled.
