1.       Ethio-engineering Group Adama Agricultural Machinery Manufacturing Industry hereby invites registered eligible National Bidders for LOT.1 CONSTRACTION Work OF New Road Stone Pavement Construction and Existing Asphalt Road treatment Works for GC3/RC3 TO GC5/RC5 CONTRACTORS LOT.2 G+0 living house and kitchen construction work for Grade 6 Up to grade 8 CONTRACTORS Works at adama. LOT.3 Supply and Installation (Implementation) Of CCTV camera and related Works.

2.       Biding will be conducted according to with the open National Competitive Bidding procedure contained in the proclamation of the government of the federal democratic republic of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible National Bidders.

3.       Interested eligible Bidders shall furnish renewed Trade License, TIN, VAT and Current Tax Clearance, Suppliers' Registration Certificates & Other relevant documents.

4.       Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ethio- engineering Group Adama Agricultural Machinery Manufacturing Industry during office working hours 2:30AM- 11:00 AM Local Time at the address given below.

5.       A complete set of bidding document in English can be purchased by interested bidders during office hours from the address mentioned below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Eth. Birr 400.00 (four Hundred) in cash.

6.       Sealed bid must be delivered to the address above counted from the date that announcedby Addis Zemen or Reporter Magazine invitation of bid within 10 working days. The document will be received through bid box or hand delivered. No liability will be accepted by the buyer for loss or late delivery.

7.       Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on the date and address specified above 2nd floor (conference hall) after announcement 11th day by newspaper to close on the 11th 8:00 AM Local Time and to open at 8:30 AM Local Time (Afternoon).

8.       Bids must be accompanied by bid security the amount that preferred in bid document the bid security shall be, at the Bidder's option, CPO/Unconditional Bank Guarantee/ from recognized bank of Ethiopia in the name of Ethio- engineering Group Adama Agricultural Machinery Manufacturing Industry. The Bid Security shall be valid for at least Ninety (90) days after the Bid submission deadline. The bid shall remain valid for Sixty (60) days after the bid submission deadline.

9.       Ethio- engineering Group Adama Agricultural Machinery Manufacturing Industry reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
