The Ethiopian Press Agency invites eligible bidders for the procurement of various printing machines covering pre-press to post-press operations, including:

□   Sheet-fed offset press

□   Folding machine

□   Paper cutting machine

□   Perfect binding machine

□   Double saddle stitcher

□   Laminating machine

□   Heavy-duty printer

□   Thermal CTP

Eligibility Requirements

Interested bidders must fulfill the following requirements:

□   Valid and renewed business license

□   Business registration certificate

□   Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) certificate

□   VAT registration certificate

□   Registered as a supplier in government procurement

Bid Security

□   Bid security of ETB 3,000,000 (Three Million Birr)

□   Must be submitted in the form of CPO, Bid Bond, or a guarantee letter (for SMEs from their organizing body)

□   Bid Submission

Bidders must submit:

o   Technical documents (original + copy)

o   Financial offer (original + copy)

□   Documents must be:

o   Clearly marked

o   Sealed in four separate envelopes

o   Then enclosed in one outer envelope

□   The specific lot must be indicated on the envelopes

Bid Document Purchase

□   Bidding documents can be purchased within 15 consecutive days from the date of announcement

□   Price: ETB 100 (non-refundable)

□   Submission Deadline & Opening

□   Submission deadline: 16th day at 4:00 PM

□   Opening: Same day at 4:30 PM

□   Location: Ethiopian Press Agency, Supply Directorate, 1st Floor Bidders or their legal representatives may atten

□   If the opening day falls on a Sunday or public holiday, it will be conducted on the next working day.

□   Important Notes

□   Documents that are:

o   Not signed, not clearly legible, contain erasures/alterations will be rejected

□   The organization reserves the right to: Cancel the tender fully or partially
