Tsehay Insurance S.C. hereby invites qualified and experienced suppliers for the installation of Neon Light (Signage) at its premises.
1. Scope of Work
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following:
§ Installation of Neon Light signage
§ Maintenance and technical support
§ Ensuring proper functionality and safety standard
2. Bid Eligibility Requirements
Bidders must meet the following requirements:
§ Possess a valid and renewed business license.
§ Provide a valid VAT Registration Certificate.
§ Submit a valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
3. Bid Floating and Closing Date
The bid shall remain open from Megabit 14, 2018 E.C. and will close on Megabit 24, 2018 E.C. at 4:00 PM Local Time.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives on the same date at 4:30 PM Local Time at the Company's Meeting Room, located at Bole Bridge, in front of the former Brass Hospital, Tsehay Insurance S.C., 1st Floor Meeting Room, Addis Ababa.
4. Bid Documents
A complete set of bidding documents may be obtained from the Finance Department upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 100.00 (One Hundred Birr).
Documents will be available from Monday to Friday:
§ 2:30AM-6:00AM and 7:00AM-11:00AM Local Time
§ Saturday:2:30 AM - 6:00 AM Local Time
5. Bid Security
§ All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Birr Birr) valid for 90 calendar days.
§ The bid security may be in the form of cash, CPO, or an unconditional Bank Guarantee issued by a reputable Ethiopian Bank.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents before submission. Failure to comply with the instructions and conditions stated therein shall result in rejection of the bid.
Tsehay Insurance S.C. reserves the right to reject any bid, either partially or wholly, without assigning any reason.
