CALL FOR OPEN BID
Love in Action Ethiopia (LIAE) is a civil society organization (CSO) founded in 2001 with the view to serving the poorest, under served, most vulnerable, most at risk, and marginalized segments of the population, including children, youth and women through different developmental interventions focusing on health, education and capacity development programs among others. The organization currently partnering with several donors in order to implement different project and organizational objectives.
And in relation to this LIAE will like to announce an open bid for the following services:
Lot 1. one duly registered and qualified auditor to conduct audit service for specific economic empowerment project namely Promotion of Start-up Businesses (SB) into Innovative Businesses (IB) among the unemployed Youth (PSI-Y). Bidders must note the following requisites for application;
- Be rated as Grade A or Grade B by the Auditor General and are requested to submit professional competency, tax and legalization related licenses, and IPSAS Certification.
- Upon applying for the open bid please use the information below.
- Submit separate financial and technical proposal;
- TOR for both lots will be shared to you via email up on your request for 7 consecutive days after announced on reporter newspaper on 5/1/2026 G.C
- Wax Sealed envelope of the bidding document labeling your organization name, phone number and address must be put into the bid box ready for this purpose at LIAE Head Quarters until 16/1/2026 10:00 local time
- The bid document will be opened on the presence of bidders or their legal delegates on 16/1/2026 10:30 local time
- Love in Action Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject the bid fully or partially.
- Late Submission is fully rejected.
