Development Bank of Ethiopia has invites interested and potential bidders for the procurement of Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) Training. Therefore, interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents:
Supplier Registration Certificate
Renewed trade license

VAT Registration (only for local Bidders)
Tax Clearance Certificate (only for local Bidders)
Interested bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents beginning from July 27, 2026 upon the non-refundable fee of Birr 00 (Three Hundred Birr) or Equivalent amount in easily convertible currency to customer Accounts Transaction Services office, Tower II, Ground Floor & Collect the bid documents by softcopy through your Email or by flash disk from Procurement directorate at DBE Kiyamed Building (Former Sugar Corporation Head Office).

Bids shall be submitted in to the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before August 11, 2026 at 10:00 A.M (4:00 local time) at Development Bank of Ethiopia DBE Kiyamed Building (Former Sugar Corporation Head Office).
Bids shall be opened in the above mentioned address, on August 11, 2026 at 10:05 A.M. (4:05 local time) In the presence of bidders and/or their authorized person.

Bidders should present their Financial & Technical documents (Original and one Copy) separately in sealed envelope.
The language of the tender shall be English.
DBE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
