1. Ija Developer has secured a budget for the procurement of hiring external audit services. So open bid from eligible bidders for the Procurement of External Audit Services providers wants to compete on.
2. Hence, interested bidders who can fulfill the criteria and submit the following legal documents can participate on the bid: -
A. Renewed trade/business license for this year
B. Recent Tax clearance
C. TIN certificate
D. VAT certificate
E. Certificate of competence (ACCA) from the Concerned Authorities
F. Certificate of competence of Auditor from AABE
G. Other related documents
3. Obligatory to provide bid security of birr 10,000.00(Ten thousand) in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank guarantee.
4. Bidders shall deliver bid documents to Ija Developer, 3rd floor on or before 13 August 2026 at 2:00 PM. Bids submitted after this deadline will not be accepted. The bid shall be opened on 13 August 2026 at 2:30 PM at IJA Hall in the presence of the Bidders or their representatives.
5. A complete set of bidding documents in English can be purchased from the above office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 200.00 (Two Hundred) from the address indicated below.
