The International Organization for Migration (IOM) Office in Ethiopia invites all eligible bidders to participate on a competitive bidding for the sale of used items. Interested bidders are required to read the below instructions carefully.
- Bid documents can be found on IOM Ethiopia website on the following link https://ethiopia.iom.int/procurement. Bidders are recommended to read the information provided on the bidding documents available on the stated website.
- Interested bidders can visit the items physically during the bid duration (Thursday 30 July to 21 August, 2026) and only during working days and hours (Monday to Thursday (morning: 09:00 AM to 12:30 PM and afternoon: 01:30 PM to 05:00 PM) and on Friday (09:00 AM to 01:00 PM)). The bid closes on Friday, 21 August 2026, at 10:00 AM. Late bids shall be rejected. Submitted bids will be opened on Friday, 21 August 2026, at 10:30 AM at the IOM Ethiopia Addis Ababa Warehouse.
