Assignment Title: Training on Accreditation Software for Ethiopian National Accreditation Office

The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the National Quality Infrastructure Development Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

The consulting services (“the Services”) include provision of Training on Accreditation Software of ENAO.The TOR for the consulting assignment can be collected from the address provided below.

The Ministry of Trade and Industry now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested consulting firms should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The short listing criteria are:

  • Core business and years in business/similarity to the assignment
  • Demonstrated experience in the provision of Training on  Accreditation Software such as MCSA, SQL Database, Share Point’s, Microsoft exchange,Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Linux Essentials  etc
  • Demonstrated experience  in recognized Microsoft registered IT training center and have relevant work experience more than 2 years  in IT certification training
  • Knowledge of experience in ICT Training in Computerized and web-enabled Accreditation Management System and accreditation and micro soft authorized  or licensed
  • Local experiences in implementing similar assignments.

The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III para 3.14 to 3.17 of The World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF borrowers, Procurement in Investment Project Financing Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services, dated July 2016 revised November 2016 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.

Consultants may associate with other firms in the form of a joint venture or a sub consultancy to enhance their qualifications.

A consulting firm will be selected in accordance with the Consultant’s Quality and Cost-based Selection method (QCBS) set out in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers.
