Kegna Beverages S.C. is a beverage manufacturing company officially established by its shareholders on April 1, 2017. The company's greenfield production facility is located in the Oromia Regional State, West Shewa Zone, near Ginchi town, while its head office is situated on the 10th floor of the new Elilly International Hotel building in Kazanchis, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Having successfully transitioned from the project phase to full-scale operations, Kegna Beverages S.C. has commenced the commercial production of high-quality alcoholic beverages. Building on this momentum, the company is now preparing to expand its product portfolio to include a range of non-alcoholic beverages, such as carbonated water, juices, and other related categories as part of its Phase II growth strategy.
In line with its operational requirements, Kegna Beverages S.C. hereby invites eligible and reputable companies to submit bids for the supply of the items listed below.

1. interested bidders are invited to apply considering the following points:
Qualified bidders can obtain comprehensive term of reference from Kegna Beverages S.C. head office starting from the first day of this invitation in exchange for a non-refundable fee of 1,000 Birr (One Thousand birr) deposit to Awash Bank Account No. 01323116219900& can collect TOR during office hours from Monday to Saturday
morning (half day).
Note: Fee should be deposited with the name of bidder Company.
2. The bid shall be supported with bid security in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee in the name of Kegna Beverages S.C
3. Bids shall be submitted in wax-sealed three envelopes (#1. Technical, #2. Bid Security and #3. Financial envelope), in 1 (one) copy each, ORIGINAL and COPY, separately for the Proposals and delivered by hand on or before the deadline of 8. the bid submission date.
4. All bidders shall provide a certificate of Registration from the relevant government body Renewed License and other appropriate documentary evidence demonstrating the bidder's compliance which shall include Tin and vat registration certificate, Tax clearance.
5. The financial proposal shall be submitted separately in local currency (ETB) including VAT and other costs in detail.
6. The bidding process will be conducted in accordance with the specifications and criteria provided in the Bidding Documents
7. Bidders shall submit their bid proposals based on the deadlines mentioned in the above table. The submission address is Kegna Beverage Share Company head office, Location, Guinea Conakry Street, Elilly International Hotel new building, 10 floor, Kazanchis, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
8. Kegna Beverages S.C. reserves the right to cancel, to accept or reject the entire or partial part of this bid at any stage.
