The Sandford International School hereby invites Potential International and Local Books dealers to submit their bid proposal for the supply of different International Text Books, for its educational purpose. Suppliers are expected to provide detailed price, specification, delivery and warranty periods for the books specified under the bid document.
- Bid documents are available against payment of non-refundable Birr 200.00 from the school's Finance Office from Thursday, November 13, 2025 Friday, November 21, 2025
- All bids must be accompanied by a bid Security Bond of 2% of the total Bid Price, in the form of CPO, payable to Sandford International School.
- All bidders should attach their Renewed License and other legal documents with the bid document.

- Technical proposal in a separate envelops
- The bidder should attach company profile and testimonial letters for successful delivery which states the quality of items supplied to myriad of clients in various sectors (GOS, NGOs and International institutions.)
