1. Engineering Corporation of Oromia has secured a budget for the Purchase of Comprehensive Healthcare Services for ECO Staff.
2. Hence, interested bidders who can fulfill the criteria and submit the following legal documents can participate in the bid: -
a. Renewed trade/business license for 2018
b. Recent Tax clearance
c. TIN certificate
d. VAT certificate
e. Other related documents
3. Therefore, interested eligible bidders are invited to participate in this bid to supply the aforementioned Comprehensive Healthcare Services for ECO Staff.
4. Bids accompanied by a bid bond of 20,000.00 in Ethiopian birr in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee must be submitted to the Office mentioned above.
5. Bidders shall submit hid documents to the Engineering Corporation of Oromia (ECO), 3rd floor, on or before 26 March, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. Bids received after this deadline will not he accepted. The bids will he opened on 26 March, 2026 at 10:30 A.M at ECO Hall in the presence of the bidders or their representatives.
6. A complete set of bidding documents in English can he purchased from the above office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 300.00 (Three Hundred) from the address indicated below.
7. ECO reserved the right to reject all or part of the bids
