Habesha Cement S.C (HCSC) hosts a General Assembly (AGM) with its shareholders every year and hereby invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the provisions of yearly Magazine Printing Services as detailed below for the upcoming annual general meeting for theyear 2026 G.C. The purpose of this invitation is to identify potential service providers in the printing business who can bring a professional expertise to the annual magazine of our company.
Hence, HCSC now invites interested and eligible firms to participate in the bidding process with respect to the following submission requirements; Bidders are required to compile their eligibility documents (l.e. Valid business license, Vat registration, Tax clearance certificates for the year 2026). HCSC will assess the submissions based on the quality of printing services taking into account the company's portfolio of similar projects and the sample magazines provided as well as the quoted price in line with the specifications outlined below.

The bid shall follow the National competitive procedure (NCB). Quoted price for the services must be valid for 30 days. Bids from interested firms must be submitted on or before 10:00 AM on 26 March 2026 and any submissions later than that will not be considered.
