Modern East African School Share Company located in Oromia Regional State, Shaggar City, Burayu Sub-city has allocated a budget for procurement of Office Supplies and Stationary Materials for 2019 Ethiopian Academic Year with Reference No. MEAS/1165/18 as listed below.
1. Stationary Materials:
* A4 papers, Exercise books, Hard Papers, Card Papers, Chalk, Dusters, pens, and other Stationary Materials in bulky.
2. Office Supplies: Combined desk, Chairs, Tables (both wood and plastic), Shelves, Guard and Cleaner's cloth and Sanitary Materials,
3. Electronics: like Desk tops, tablets, and others,
4. Sport Materials.
Requirements
* Renewed trade license
* VAT/registration certificate
* TIN certificate
* Bid Security of ETB 100,000.00.
Therefore, traders that can fulfill the above requirements may collect the bid document with non-refundable fee of Birr 2,000.00 from Modern East African School Finance Office from Nehasie 13 -20/2018 E.C.
Bid opening shall be Nehasie 24/2018 at 3:00 local time.
N.B: The Company Reserves the right to accept/reject any part or the entire bid.
