Oromia Industry Parks Development Corporation invites interested bidders to purchase various items and related services in the following lots for the 2017 fiscal year through open bidding.
Lot 1: - Procurement of Tyre, Lot 2: - Procurement of Desktops computer and Indoor Full Digital Stand Screen, Lot 3: - Uniform (Shimz) and Lot 4: - Motor cycles
Therefore, bidders who wish to participate in the bid can apply as described below.
- Your organization must submit a copy of their legal current valid business license, TIN registration certificate and VAT registration certificate documents along with the original bid document and copy of the tender document.
- Bidders may purchase the bidding documents from the Finance Department Office at OIPDC, during working days and hours from the date of publication of this tender notice in the newspaper until Jun 09/2017 by paying a non- refundable fee of Birr 1,000 /One thousand Birr Only/.
- Any bidder must submit a bid security of 10,000 Birr (Ten Thousand Birr) for each type of bid in the form of a /CPO/ or unconditional bank guarantee valid for at least four months, in name of the Oromia Industry Parks Development Corporation, along with the original document.
- The winner of the tender will be determined in accordance with the SBD section 3.
- The original and copy of the tender document shall be submitted in a sealed envelope by separate envelope.
- Any bidder must submit the requested technical and financial bid in one envelope system documents in a sealed envelope, and place it in the box provided for this purpose on the date specified in this notice.
- The bid will be submitted until Jun 10/2017 at 4:00 LT and will be opened on this day at 4:30 LT at the OIPDC Procurement Department Office in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives and observers.
- The winner of the bid will deliver the goods to the OIPDC's store with his own transport and receive payment after deliver.
- If the office finds a better alternative, the right to cancel the tender in whole or in part is reserved by law.
