Tender No MOND-EDF/OT-01/2026 International Competitive Bid for the Supply of Different Types of Garment Spare Parts

FDRE MOND Army Foundation invites all eligible bidders who are interested to supply Different Types of Garment Spare Parts

1.       For foreign bidders should have to provide and submitted renewed Trade license registration certificate from their country of establishment, manufacturing certificate, or authorization certificate.

2.       For local bidders Valid/Update/ Trade License, vat certificate, Tin No, Public procurement agency Registration as supplier, Letter of authorization from original manufacturer & Valid Tax clearance certificate.

3.       Interested bidder should obtain bid document from Ethiopia Defense Foundation upon nonrefundable ETB 5,000.00 at working hours, from Monday to Friday until closing date. The method of payment shall be in cash.

4.       Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security for foreign bidders the amount is USD 3,000 and Local Bidders Birr 500,000.00 or specified in the tender document in the form unconditional Bank Guarantee; in the name of FDRE MOND ETHIOPIA DEFENSE FOUNDATION and shall remain valid for 90 days, or Certify Payment Order (CPO), Insurance bonds are not acceptable.

5.       Bidders should submit their bid document in a sealed envelope into the tender box prepared for this purpose at Addis Ababa Ethiopia Defense Foundation head office before the closing date and time. Bids submitted after the tender box has been sealed shall be declared late, rejected, and returned unopened to the Bidder.

6.       Bid shall be valid to a period of 90 days after bid opening, and must be Submitted to the tender box prepared for this purpose for 35 calendar days from its first date of advertisement on the newspaper, and if the opening day doesn't fall on the working day, the bid opening and closing shall be held on the next working day at the same place and time.

7.       The document shall also be prepared in one original and one copy of Technical and Financial documents. The documents/envelopes shall be signed, stamped and wax sealed in a separate envelope clearly/duly marking the documents/envelopes as "Original" and "copy".

8.       Bidders are strictly advised to adhere the terms and conditions set in the tender document.

9.       FDRE MOND-Ethiopia Defense Foundation reserves full right to reject any of line items or all bids and right to amend the total quantities as mentioned in the bid documents.
