Bid Submission Deadline and Location

April 6th, 2026, before 1:00 PM. (before 7:00 local time) at MOENCO Head Office Procurement Department.

Bidders should submit a bid bond guarantee amounting to 10% of the total bid in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee letter or CPO (lots to be specified on the bid document). Any price quotation submitted without a Bid Guarantee/Bid bond or in a form that is not acceptable to MOENCO will be automatically dismissed or disqualified.
Bid documents will be available from From Monday, March 30th, 2026, to April 6th, 2026, at MOENCO Head office.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: From 8:00am to 4:30pm
Saturday from 8:00am to 12:30pm
Bidders may check the physical condition of the items available for display during the visit dates mentioned above. All items will be sold on an "as-is-where-is" basis (as specified in a bid document).
The deadline for bid submission is April 6th, 2026, at 1:00 PM.
Bid opening will occur on the same day at 1:30 PM.
Government taxes, dues, and title transfer fees (if any), on items for sale, will be covered by buyers.
Bidders are required to deposit a non-refundable Birr 1000 into MOENCO's CBE account number 1000001034988 to receive the bid document and should come with slip to get bid document and receipt.
Bidders should write their full address, including land and cell phone numbers, on the sealed bid offer envelope.
MOENCO reserves the right to proceed with or cancel this bid in partial or in full.
